Never participated in a Les Mills Virtual class before?

Here’s a little information that you might want to know before you do.

If you’re reading this, you’re interested so that’s a good place to start!

Virtual classes can be a great place to start for beginners want to try out a class in a quieter setting, but just as good for experienced class go-ers who want to attend at times when instructor led classes are not available.

The virtual instructors will demonstrate modifications for all exercises so classes are suitable for all abilities.

The only way to truly know, is to come along and try one out.

Come in comfortable and breathable clothing which won’t restrict your movement.

Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated, we have free water fountains in all our studios.

We know you’ll be working hard so a small towel might also be useful.

If it’s your first time in the class, let your instructor know before it starts. They’ll help you settle in and get started.

Booking is easy on our Active Blackpool App, just choose the site you want to visit, select make a booking and choose the Exercise Class option. You can find the full timetable here.

If it’s the first time you’ve used the app, you’ll need your email address and password which you will set when you take out your membership.  If you don’t have one, please speak to a member of staff and they will be happy to help you set your account up.
